Non-JKA Groups Seeking Membership, Application Procedures
All Non-JKA Group Membership applications must be evaluated and approved by Tokyo JKA HQ. The first step in affiliating your group to the JKA Southern Cross is to contact JKA HQ at sohonbu@jka.or.jp – “Application to join JKA Southern Cross”.
The headquarters office will review your group and its activities and discuss your affiliation with your local Authorised Group. Together they will make a determination as to whether or not the affiliation should be approved.
Upon approval, notification will be sent from the Tokyo JKA HQ to your group as well as to your local Authorised Group’s headquarters.
When you receive such notification, please contact your nearest authorized JKA representative, who will provide you with information on the next steps.
